Currently, Royal Treasures Jewelry Collections offers only limited edition jewelry. This means that once a design is sold out, no more pieces in that design will be available. A numbered limited edition card accompanies each piece.
On a rare occasion, incorrect data (such as price or quantity) may appear on our website. We make every attempt at accuracy - but mistakes can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors as they occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. And apologize for any inconvenience. All prices listed on the website are in US dollars.
Our prices are subject to change without notice. And, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Currently, sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to addresses in Virginia.
We try our best to have the highest quality photographs taken of our jewelry. Since the colors are dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see is accurate. The photographs of the jewelry are not the actual size. Therefore, we have stated the actual size of each piece in the design's description. We also have enlarged photographs available to show the detail.
Currently, we do not alter our jewelry. However, this may be a service we would offer in the future.

We strive for complete client satisfaction. However, if for any reason you or your wife isn't thrilled with your purchase, please feel assured that you may return it in it's original condition within 30 days of shipment. We will issue you a quick and cheerful refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. Some promotions may offer an extended time period for returns longer than 30 days. These are specific to the promotion and are not indicative of the general website policy.
It is standard industry practice to heat treat sapphires to improve color and/or clarity. This treatment is stable and should be assumed that it's applied. Occasionally amethyst is heat treated to alter the color with excellent stability. Heat treatment to citrine is permanent under normal conditions.
In fact, almost all colored gemstones in the market have been treated in some manner. It is common industry practice and treatment is utilized to enhance a natural gemstone to further bring out it's beauty. The industry accepts heat treatment and it is expected.
